I love creating and conveying flow.<\/p>

My Inner Child wants to inspire people, touch their hearts and ignite their playfulness. This is the thread throughout my life, and it continues to drive my personal development. The philosophy of the practice is based on a rich life experience that allows me to see people as a whole, and help guide them.<\/p>

Why Bodhiwhispers? The heart-shaped leaves on this site refer to the Bodhi tree, which symbolises inner growth. This process is supported by listening to our body signals, hence the wordplay that sounds like \u2018body whispers\u2019. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

During a session, workshop or class, I create a safe environment where you can be yourself and set your own rhythm: a space of compassion and non-judgement where boundaries are respected.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

My approach is holistic and integrates body, mind and soul. Our society focuses mainly on doing and thinking, but we may only do this optimally if we are also allowed to be and feel. At Bodhiwhispers, you can land gently, catch your breath, and (relearn) to welcome your inner silence. This creates balance, so you can listen more intently to what your body wants to tell you.<\/p>

I am a member of the Belgian Shiatsu Federation<\/a><\/span> (BSF) and the European Shiatsu Federation (ESF), and I adhere to their code of ethics<\/a><\/span>.
