Welcome to the practice: To ensure I can offer you a moment of complete serenity and my full, undivided attention during your appointment, I work exclusively with online booking. Here, you will find real-time availability for daytime, evening, and weekend appointments.
Good to know: The practice operates within a professional and nurturing environment, in accordance with our service policy. All forms of bodywork are performed in loose-fitting clothing (a changing area is available for your convenience).
To guarantee a high-quality environment, Bodhiwhispers applies the service policy and practical arrangements (FAQ) outlined below. By booking an appointment, you declare your agreement with these terms and conditions.
Bodhiwhispers is a practice for wellbeing and personal thriving. Adults, youths, and children from 7 years old onwards are welcome. We offer a calm and safe space for those who want to pause, relax, or experience more connection and balance in daily life.
Our sessions and activities are aimed at supporting wellbeing, personal awareness, and self-care. They can also be used preventively, in the sense of mindful self-care and conscious management of stress and strain in daily life — without any medical or therapeutic objective. Important information
Our services are part of a complementary approach. Bodhiwhispers is not a healthcare practice as defined under Belgian legislation regarding the practice of healthcare professions. We do not provide diagnoses or medical or therapeutic treatments. We also cannot guarantee specific results.
If you belong to a risk group (such as pregnant women or people with a medical condition), we recommend that you always consult a qualified healthcare professional first. They can advise you and determine whether it is safe for you to book a service with us.
For minors, we require the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Our practice in La Plaine Park is easily accessible by bicycle, public transport, and car.
By car: Enter the park via the entrance located at the Delta metro station. Parking options:
On-street: Green zone (paid parking from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; free on Sundays and public holidays; Type II visitor cards possible).
Underground: Reserve a parking space in the building’s garage when booking your appointment.
P+R Delta: Free parking available 500 meters away.
By bicycle: Bike racks are available on the street. Optional: Reserve a secured underground parking spot when booking.
Public transport: We are located just a stone’s throw from the Delta metro station (Line 5, Exit 2: ULB/VUB — Plaine).
You can easily book a session or activity through our online booking system in the main menu. You will immediately receive a confirmation email with all the information and a convenient calendar file. Please note: we do not send automatic appointment reminders.
If this is your first appointment, we may contact you by phone before sending the confirmation email.
At Bodhiwhispers, your comfort and well-being are our top priority. That’s why we kindly ask you to inform us during your reservation about any important details, such as a pregnancy, health issues, medication use, or a treatment you are undergoing. This information allows us to adapt our services effectively and responsibly to your specific situation.
We want to offer you the most relaxed and comfortable experience possible. Here are some pointers to prepare:
Clothing: Please bring loose, comfortable clothing (for example a jogging suit). A changing area is available at the practice.
Meal: Avoid eating a heavy, filling meal just before the appointment. A light meal is fine.
Tip: For more details on the flow of a specific session or activity, and additional useful information, please refer to the individual service pages.
We’re happy to help you with that! If you’re booking for someone else, such as a loved one or a child, please let us know in the online form who the reservation is for. This way, we’ll know exactly who to welcome.
As the person making the booking, you’re responsible for a few important things:
The accuracy of the information you provide.
Making sure you have permission from the person to use their information.
The payment and cancellation fees if the person does not comply with the terms
Thanks to your help, the other person can enjoy the session or activity without any worries.

To ensure peace, hygiene, and safety within the practice, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment if you:
Have a fever or suffer from a contagious disease or skin condition.
Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Please note: Since the reserved time is held specifically for you, the cancellation policy (see below) remains applicable even in the event of illness. We therefore recommend contacting us at the first sign of illness; rescheduling is only free of charge if requested at least 48 hours before your appointment.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before the start via the link in your confirmation email.
Within 48 hours, online changes are no longer possible: we ask you to inform us as soon as possible via text or email (we are unavailable by phone during appointments).
Because we prepare every appointment with the greatest care and a vacated spot cannot be filled at such short notice, we apply the following policy regardless of the reason (including illness or force majeure):
Cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours: Half of the amount will be charged.
No-show: In case of failure to show up without notice, the full amount will be charged.
If Bodhiwhispers needs to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or force majeure), we’ll reach out to you personally as soon as possible to find a new and convenient time that works for you.
We require no advance payment — our approach is based on mutual trust.
During your appointment, you can pay on the spot:
Cash, as a conscious choice to keep the exchange personal — from human to human.
QR payment, for those who find it more convenient.

Our vision
Paying in cash reflects our personal, human-centered approach and remains a conscious choice in an increasingly digital world.
We handle digital data storage with care and minimize administrative requirements and digitalization costs wherever possible, so that our services remain high-quality and affordable.
We would like to inform you about possible reimbursements and benefits offered by various mutualities:
Mutualia (Shiatsu Reimbursement): Because Bodhiwhispers is affiliated with the Belgian Shiatsu Federation, as a member of Mutualia, you are eligible for a partial reimbursement per shiatsu session. For the most up-to-date information, we refer you to the Mutualia website.
Christian Mutuality (CM – Wellness Benefit): As a member of CM, you can enjoy a favourable wellness arrangement for all sessions and activities offered by Bodhiwhispers. More detailed information can be found on the Christian Mutuality page.
Congratulations on your gift voucher, package, Refer-A-Friend or promo code! Here’s how to redeem your code and quickly book your session or activity:
Choose your session or activity: Select your desired option and click the booking button.
Enter your code: During the online booking process, enter your unique code.
Finalizing: You will receive a confirmation of your appointment. The value of your code will be redeemed on the day of your appointment.
Important conditions
Please read the following conditions carefully to avoid any misunderstandings.
Entering the code: Codes must always be entered online during the booking process. Redemption after the fact, or during the appointment, is not possible.
Validity:
Gift voucher and package codes: Valid from the date of sending/handover by us until the stated expiration date. After this date, the code loses its value.
Promo codes: Valid as long as the promotion is running and can only be used for your first reservation.
Refer-a-Friend codes: Valid until further notice.
Refer-a-Friend:
The code you share is only valid for your friend’s first reservation.
You can reuse the same code for your own reservation at a time of your choosing, after your friend has made a first appointment thanks to you.
Other conditions:
Codes are personal (with the exception of promo codes) and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
You can use a maximum of one code per reservation.
Should you wish to stay longer, it is possible to extend your session or activity for €20 per extra quarter of an hour, provided it fits into our schedule.
Your well-being and satisfaction are our priority. That is why we work with the utmost care and have taken out professional liability insurance. Should an unforeseen situation occur despite all our care, resulting in damage, the compensation for that will be maximized up to the amount covered by our insurance.
Bodhiwhispers stands for a professional and respectful approach. As a recognized member of the Belgian Shiatsu Federation (BSF), I work strictly in accordance with the official code of ethics.
Privacy and recordings
To ensure discretion and serenity within the practice, we kindly ask you not to make any visual or audio recordings (photo, video, or audio) during sessions or activities without our prior, explicit consent. If permission is granted for a recording, it is intended solely for personal use and may not be shared publicly (e.g., on social media) without prior consultation.
Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse access in the event of non-compliance with hygiene regulations or inappropriate behavior. Sexually suggestive remarks or behaviors will not be tolerated under any circumstances. In the event of such behavior, the appointment will be terminated immediately; the full fee for the reserved time remains due, and further access to the practice will be denied.
