    • Legal basis: performance of a contract and explicit consent for data on medical or therapeutic treatments outside of Bodhiwhispers.

    • Data sharing: this information is not shared with other healthcare providers, unless you explicitly and informedly consent. Bodhiwhispers will always explain what data is shared and why.

  3. Newsletter and Invitations

    • What data: email address, preferences.

    • Purpose: sending newsletters, offers, and updates.

    • Legal basis: explicit consent.

    • Withdrawal of consent: can be done at any time via the link at the bottom of each newsletter.

  4. Gift Vouchers and Packages

    • What data: contact details, recipient, amount, language choice, personal message.

    • Purpose: processing and delivery of gift vouchers or packages.

    • Legal basis: performance of a contract.

  5. Refer-a-Friend Program / Business Inquiry / Quote

  • Data for quotes (prospects): 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract is concluded;

  • Customer data (quotes, invoices, correspondence): 7 years after the end of the fiscal year, unless there is an ongoing dispute.

Bodhiwhispers has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unlawful processing, including:

  • Backups of personal data;

  • Regular testing and evaluation of security measures;

We do not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) or automated analysis tools for the processing, analysis, or reporting of your personal data and session notes. All your data is processed exclusively by Bodhwhispers to guarantee full confidentiality.

  • Correct or delete your data;

  • Object to the processing of your data;

  • Transfer your data to yourself or an authorized person.

Bodhiwhispers may ask for identification before responding to such requests.
